Our research continues to improve ourselves and above all to improve our wines, and it is for this reason that from the 2015 vintage we decided to produce the Trebbiano Spoletino Superiore Unfiltered. With all its naturalness and simplicity, for those who want to taste this wine, they will be able to feel the essence of the Trebbiano Spoletino vine in its fullness without having suffered the stress of filtration, the latter causing considerable losses in aromas and scents. Well, a glass of wine speaks more than a thousand words, so only a good sip will confirm what I'm saying.
