High quality is a walking that has its beginning in a fertile vineyard, healthy and rich in essential ingredients, necessary to obtaining a unique wine. The choice of the right position, on the ridge of a hill and on the slopes of the Martani Mountains, is the result of a careful study and peasant tradition transmitted over time.

Our 20 hectares are located facing southern ‐ east, at an altitude of 348 meters above sea level, characterized by a sandy and clay rich soil, far away from other wines.
This position is characterized by important temperature swing between the night and the day, that creates an ideal environment to the vine.
Every year we thank and respect The Nature for this reason we don’t use pesticide and herbicides in the vineyard.
Among our vines, grown wild grass and spontaneous aromatic plants, while a small lake in the valley ensure the right micro climate refreshing the hot summers and riping slowly our grapes.

After an accurate manual selection, the bunches arrive in the cellar to be processed in a shortest time and enhanced in what the season and the land have to be able to express in the fruit.
