Wine characteristics
Colour Brilliant copper with golden reflections
Bouquet Clear smell of fumigation, white nougat (honey and almonds) and caramelized plum
Palate Warm, cherry wood aroma. Dry and supported in vibration by a cadenced alcohol.
Vinification In 200 lt acacia barriques, previously used with red wines, without temperature control and after drying the grapes on racks for three weeks. Soft pressing of the skins before fermentation
Maturation In acacia barriques for a minimum two months
Serving suggestion With desserts and dried fruit, ideal for aperitif
