The Umbria Wine Festival represents a quality showcase for the winemaking realities of Umbria, for this reason we have decided to participate this year. This time, as at Vinitaly, we did not need our tasting banquet, tables with white tablecloths down to the ground were the positions of all the participating wineries, arranged under the perimeter loggias of the cloister of the Monumental Complex of San Pietro, in the Faculty of Agriculture in Perugia.

Our project on Trebbiano Spoletino has been the subject of interest for young people but above all for students of agriculture, who had never seen such a thing. Our satisfaction, in addition to the appreciation of our wines for taste and quality, was that of the interest and enthusiasm of the participants for this long and tiring project called Save The Last Grape. In addition, for the occasion we have created new bookmarks with the image of Save The Last Grape, a small gadget useful for those who read or study, a piece of "nature" in the book.
