It is a warm summer evening, I am in the company of Claudio inside the combine harvester, it is time to harvest the wheat! Our Trebbiano Spoletino vineyard grows day after day, this year in particular with the rainfall that has occurred, the soil is rich in water, excellent for the development of our small vines. For this reason, I could not resist the desire to take a picture from the cabin of the operating machine, they were truly exciting moments. Now it is time for a well-deserved rest, at the end of August I will return to tell you what happens in this small patch of land lost in the Spoleto countryside called Save The Last Grape.
