The world we love! This is the Vinitaly slogan and it is also the thought of all those who live, work and have fun in this beautiful world called Wine!

This year, compared to past years, there has been a desire for recovery as it has not happened for some time, because the economic crisis that has been faced, and is being faced, from that vital impulse that makes you want to scream everyone what have you done and what are you doing. We know that the loudest scream is that of time, because it takes a long, long time to do things right and genuine ... Save The Last Grape is the demonstration of this, Trebbiano Spoletino is our bet, Vinitaly is the springboard and you are and will be our support!

Also this year we made new friends and rediscovered others, we talked every day about our project and the new wines arrived, we met many people who appreciated our company and the wonderful news that arrived in those days: "Umbria that excels - “The Colle Uncinano winery is one of the 47 best businesses in the region”. The year 2011 could not have started in the best way and for this we have dedicated a post to this beautiful recognition.

Finally, we thank Veronafiere for the organization and the attention paid to us, as well as to the over 4000 exhibitors present. A special thanks also to Dr. Luca Maroni, who allowed us to be present at the fair, and to all his staff, very kind and always available.
