Here we go again! This time we are not talking about Trebbiano Spoletino but about the latest addition to the Colle Uncinano winery, the Rosè. The evening took place like all our tastings, letting you taste our wines accompanied by delicious dishes. Obviously, Save The Last Grape was not missing and the cards symbolizing our project were distributed, arousing an interest that I had never seen before. Soon it will be the turn of the Reo Superbo and the Sangiovese Riserva, the other two new creations of the cellar, but there is time to wait because we do things right and to be tasted they have to spend some time in refinement in bottle…
