After a series of events that took us around Italy, here we are again in this small patch of land just a few steps from Spoleto. The day lends itself very well to take some photos of our Trebbiano Spoletino vineyard, which awakens with spring, and luxuriant vines grow exponentially day after day. As you can see from the photos, the plants are in excellent health, bright green in color and with no particular signs. Their size is still small for now, but we are at the beginning of spring and by September they will be decidedly much larger with the branches that will have to be placed inside the first steel wire. It is still too early to say how many grapes our small vines will make, but certainly only a percentage of them will be able to produce the first bunches of the highly anticipated Trebbiano Spoletino. The impatience to be able to vinify this precious grape is great, and every day that passes seems to be very long and interminable.
