This is nature, this is the first step that starts the long production cycle of this beloved plant called vine. And it is not just any vine, it is the Trebbiano Spoletino vine, of that native vine that was disappearing and that only the passion and dedication of a few men have been able to keep alive. Three years that never seemed to pass, three years full of attention, three years around Italy and the world to make our winery, our territory, our Trebbiano Spoletino known.
