Unfortunately I forgot my smartphone at home and therefore this year, in my opinion excellent and very characteristic, cannot be documented. I have some regret but this can happen and I have come to terms with it. Anyway, I'll do it again next year ... By the way, from this harvest we decided to register the grapes as Trebbiano Spoletino Superiore, this possible keeping a grape production per hectare equal to or less than 9 tons per hectare instead of 11.
