Time passes and our vineyard rests quietly, waiting unhurriedly for this rainy winter that fills the soil with precious water… it will be a spring full of vigor for our new cuttings and that's what we hoped for. In the meantime, our desire to make our project on Trebbiano Spoletino and our wines known has allowed us to create New Year's Eve of… Wine. A memorable evening for our cellar and for all of us at Save The Last Grape, because everything went smoothly, as they say in these cases, but above all because the genuineness, the excellence and the territory that only small peasant traditions like ours can offer, even with style. For this we thank all those who participated in that splendid evening, animating it and tasting wines of a territory still to be discovered.
