Also this year we participated in the international wine fair in Verona, a wonderful experience as it was also last year. We have met extraordinary people such as Paolo A., Daniele A., Antonello L. and many others who would need a whole book to mention. Our project Save The Last Grape liked it very much and after a year it is having great success. The path is still long and full of sacrifices, but to do things right it takes patience and a very long time. Trebbiano Spoletino is still, alas, confused with the classic Trebbiano and our goal is to make it clear to enthusiasts, and also to connoisseurs, that they are not the same thing.
