After the post of the upcoming harvest, it seemed to me only right to analyze the bunch of our highly anticipated Trebbiano Spoletino for enthusiasts and experts in the sector. As can be seen from the photos, the cluster, small in size due to the tender age of the vines, has yellow-green berries with a homogeneous and compact distribution along the whole cluster, typical of Trebbiano Spoletino. The bloom (dusty substance that covers the grape) is very evident, this is because given the scorching heat of this summer, this substance in greater quantity than the norm, had the function of protecting the grape from ultraviolet rays, thus preventing the excessive dehydration of the grape itself. Ultimately, despite the modest size, typical of young vines, the bunch has no defects or attacks by pathogens, therefore, once all problems have been averted, we can wait with complete tranquility for our Trebbiano Spoletino to ripen.
