At least two months have passed since I did a patrolling tour of the vineyard, to see if the clusters were growing well and in abundance. Unfortunately, this year was a special year for our Trebbiano Spoletino, which suffered from the drought this summer, unfortunately weighing on the growth of the vine and its fruit. Even if it seemed to be going well to me, that's why I made a post waiting for the harvest, so it wasn't. The few bunches have not reached that minimum quantity to be vinified, therefore, alas, we will have to wait another year! For this reason, I was late in posting this article, and the only consolation is the end-of-year tasting in which we will talk more about our project, our Trebbiano Spoletino. For now, I will limit myself only to inserting the image of the poster, but you can see the details later on our websites ...
